About us

Hello. I am Nikki, my husband is Chris, and we work as a team to produce our Celebration Cakes. I do all the 'fancy bits' and Chris bakes all the cakes and is my 'Gopher'.

I have been decorating cakes for more than 30 years and I had a cake shop in Minehead for over 8 years called ‘Sugar & Ice’.

After selling the shop I took some time out from ‘cakes’ but it didn’t take me long to realise my passion never left me. I just love creating personal cakes that will make people happy. So now I have 'recruited' my husband to take on the baking.

There isn’t much in the cake world that ‘fazes’ me any more ... I have done all sorts of weird and wonderful cakes (and some just downright odd!) for all sorts of people – young, old, famous..., my cakes have even appeared on the BBC.

I have hundreds of photos on my Facebook and Instagram pages as well as here on my website for you to look through for inspiration. Every cake is made to your own personal details and so no two cakes are ever the same.
